Privacy Policy

What we collect. Your legal name, email, mobile phone, mailing address, preferred payout method and payout identifier, referral activity, and payout history.

How we use it. To run the referral program: attribute bookings, verify eligibility, pay rewards, mail checks, send account notices, and prevent fraud. Marketing messages are sent only if you opt in separately.

Protection. Payout identifiers are encrypted at rest. Mailing addresses and payout details are visible only to you and authorized 2020 Tactical administrators. We never show partners the names or contact details of students they referred.

Sharing. We do not sell your information. Payout details are used only to send payments you request.

Retention. Payout and accounting records are kept as required for tax and bookkeeping purposes (typically 7 years). Other account data is deleted or anonymized on request when no longer needed.

Your choices. You can update your details any time from your account, and request a copy or deletion of your data from the Account page or by calling 727-619-9801.
